Dr Gill Eatough, Principal of the Hadley Learning Community

Dr Eatough became Principal of HLC in January 2004 and spent 18 months working with Interserve to create our fantastic campus and establish our brand new school which then opened in September 2006. Her main role is to ensure we operate as an all-through school to provide an outstanding education for all our students and to be at the heart of the community the school serves.

Mr Paul Roberts, Headteacher of the Secondary Phase

I was appointed as Head of Secondary at HLC in September 2010, having been Deputy Head at the school since January 2009. Prior to this, my career has been based in Sandwell, most recently at the Shireland Collegiate Academy. I was the Director of Sport before leading a consortium of 6th form colleges.

Mrs Erica Aston, Headteacher of the Primary Phase

I was appointed as Head Teacher of HLC Primary Phase whilst the school was under construction. I have worked within Telford and Wrekin throughout my teaching career, working in a number of schools across the borough. Prior to working at HLC I was Head Teacher at Brindleyford Primary on Brookside, South Telford.

Mrs Heather Davies, Headteacher of the Bridge School

Heather Davies is Head teacher of the Bridge School which is sited within the HLC. The Bridge School is a school for pupils with severe and complex learning disabilities which has been graded by Ofsted as outstanding in all areas.
