Ski trip updates, Mrs Thomas:
Monday 9th Jan, 18:00pm
Having a brill time, lots of snow and sun. Today J.Jones and D.Driver had a total wipeout but survived and got back onthe slopes.
We were impressed with the Year 7's general knowledge, as they won the quiz last night. Well done team Brandon!
Off Ice Skating tonight, after our daily pasta fix. That's after we drag them away from the pool table. More Skiing and Bumboarding tomorrow! Staff survived the blue runs today, we wil make the red tomorrow! bye for now, ciao xxx

Another great start to the week, kids are now up on the red runs and staff had to do a black run due to poor map reading!!!
No injuries as yet, apart from the bruises from Bumboarding and ice skating. Nathan does a mean pirouette, together with his moonwalk, making him a great contender for Dancing on Ice.
James reached speeds of more than 60 mph on the bum board, quite scarey but he loved it. Team Thomas and Team Naylor drew on the Bumboarding Relays, re match tomorrow night.
Kids love their Italian instructor Danny, as he is learning some interesting English vocabulary from them! Pip the pro flipped over today Skiing but thankfully didn't take anyone out.
Quote from Kirsten: " I love it when people fall over, lit makes me laugh. I keep laughing at our Instructor, as he keeps saying 'you crazy lady!' to all of the Italian skiers. I am really enjoying the trip, everyone is friendly and its nice being with friends'.
Quote from Yasmin: I love the ski lifts, lit was frightening coming off it. The staff are great, there is loads to do and I love having fun!
They constantly spend their money in the Games room, as James keeps hiding the white ball from the pool table!There's a real community spirit in the town and we love our hotel manager and bus driver!
Tomorrow is our last day skiing before we hand our ski's back and attempt snowboarding Friday!
