The HLC is a Specialist Engineering College.
Within the secondary phase there is state of the art accommodation to deliver this exciting dimension to the campus.
There is a purposebuilt Engineering Gallery which spans the Technology facilities and the Science Laboratories.
As an Engineering College we are committed to ensuring that our students understand the importance of Engineering in its broadest sense.
This will encompass areas such as high technology industry and processes for example using microelectronics and advanced ICT, through to the food industry and more conventional industries. There will be extensive links with Art, Graphics and Textiles. We will forge close partnerships with local industry and further educational colleges to ensure our students are well
prepared for post16 qualifications and employment.
