The Hadley Learning Community is a full service school which serves the north Telford cluster providing a base for a multi-agency team in a purpose built wing of our building.

The work of the cluster is managed by an Integrated Service Manager who has responsibility for managing and co-coordinating the team. The team is composed of a range of professionals from family support workers, CAMS, Education Welfare, Behaviour support and others who are working in a collaboration to deliver a service to our community and to the wider cluster. The team is focused around integrated children’s services and the team around the child in order to deliver the “Every Child Matters” agenda.

The Children’s Centre also includes the ABC nursery which works very closely with our Local Authority nursery and the assessment nursery in The Bridge.

The drive is to provide early intervention for families who need support and also to provide parents and carers with a single point of access to services.

We also have a base for our Community Safety Officers and Connexions 4 Youth within our community provision.
